Learning management (LMS)
Courses with a built-in player, enrolments, progress tracking and certifications — connected to the same employee records as everything else.
The LMS turns tribal knowledge into courses: structured lessons delivered in a built-in player, assigned to individuals or teams, with progress tracked automatically. New-hire orientation, compliance refreshers and skill tracks all run the same way.
Certifications close the loop — completing a course can issue a certificate that lives on the employee’s record, so audits and client questionnaires get answered from data, not memory. Managers see team progress without chasing.
Because the LMS shares the suite’s employee directory, training composes with the lifecycle: onboarding can require courses before productive work starts, and role changes can trigger the next track.
How it works
- 1
Build the course
Lessons and materials organised into a course in the admin panel.
- 2
Enrol people
Assign to individuals, teams or new joiners as part of onboarding.
- 3
Learn in the player
Employees complete lessons in the built-in player; progress records itself.
- 4
Certify completion
Certificates issue on completion and attach to employee records.
Frequently asked questions
- Can training be made part of onboarding?
- Yes — courses can be assigned to new joiners so orientation and mandatory training complete inside the same checklist as the rest of onboarding.
- Do managers see who finished the training?
- Progress and completion are visible per employee and team, so compliance follow-up is a filter, not a survey.
- Are certificates recorded anywhere?
- Completion certificates attach to the employee’s record alongside their other documents.
- Is the LMS a separate product?
- It is a module of Zaffre Axon — same login, same employee data, one bill.
