Every request carries its own approval chain and status, so "what happened to my application?" answers itself. Approvers act from the web, the mobile app or directly from actionable cards in the team chat — and decisions post back instantly.

The mobile app keeps parity with the web: the same requests, the same balances, the same payslips, with attendance check-in built in. HR stops being a queue and becomes a policy.
