Zaffre Axon includes a mail layer so companies do not need a separate provider to get professional addresses on their own domain. Mailboxes provision from the admin side, webmail lives inside the suite, and signatures and auto-replies are managed centrally.
Shared project mailboxes give client work a durable address: mail to the project address is visible to the team on the project, sent replies go out from the project identity, and client-facing communication survives any individual’s departure.
Companies with existing mailboxes can adopt them instead of migrating — link a current mailbox over IMAP, verify it, and read and send from inside the suite while the original hosting stays put.
