Who this applies to

The ICT minimum wage applies to all workers employed in establishments within Islamabad Capital Territory — the federal capital. Because ICT is a federally administered territory, its minimum wage follows the federal notification rather than a provincial board. This covers businesses operating in Blue Area, I-8, G-10, F-7, and all sectors of Islamabad.

Federal labour law in ICT
